Ian D’Souza leads Klay Wealth, Klay’s India-based wealth management, financing, broking, and corporate advisory business.

He joined Klay in 2017 and has been instrumental in building the Klay Wealth platform in India, ensuring that Klay is uniquely able to support inbound investment into India and global asset allocations from India, working with international, non-resident, and resident Indian clients and corporates. 

Leveraging the Klay Wealth platform, Ian is responsible for driving talent growth and recruitment of advisors and extending Klay’s reach into more top-tier cities.

Prior to joining Klay, Ian worked with Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in Institutional Sales in their Capital Markets business. During this stint Ian had worked in some of the largest IPOs and Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs) in the country. He started his career in the Indian Merchant Navy.

Nikita Jain is Deputy CEO and Managing Director at Klay Wealth.

Nikita brings over 17 years of global financial services experience, having held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan across FX & Fixed Income Sales, M&A Advisory, and Capital Markets. Throughout her career, she has advised global multinationals and leading domestic corporations, managing portfolios of 100+ clients and delivering tailored solutions for complex market exposures and evolving risk management needs.

Known for her client-first approach, deep market insights, and entrepreneurial mindset, Nikita has consistently driven business growth in high-potential markets while building lasting relationships with senior finance leaders worldwide.

She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.E from NSIT, Delhi.

Akshat Kumar is Group Head, Fixed Income for Klay India, based in Mumbai. He is an investment professional with over 15 years of experience in Fixed Income, Asset Allocation & Portfolio Management.

A seasoned financial markets veteran, Akshat has worked with reputed organizations such as Larsen & Toubro Ltd & Essar Group in the past. 

Akshat did his MBA in Finance & Economics from XLRI Jamshedpur & is a CFA charterholder & certified FRM. He is also currently pursuing his PhD in Finance.

Kunjal Jadhav is the Head for Klay Finvest, the Non-Banking Financial Company and the lending arm, of the Klay Group, based in Mumbai.

He has over 22 years of experience having worked across sectors including financial services, technology and strategy consulting. He has handled different functions like lending, business development and product development. With significant expertise in traditional as well as bespoke structured finance, he brings a unique perspective in structuring financial solutions.

In his previous engagements, he has successfully started and scaled business verticals in starting from hiring of teams to designing processes and policies and growing businesses to scale.

Kunjal has a personal interest in understanding new technologies and products and is a keen start up investor and mentor with involvement in advising start-ups in business plan and fund raise.

Niren has over 15 years of experience in Compliance of Equity Broking, Commodity Broking, Wealth Management and Depository Operations.

His past pursuits were with the leading financial conglomerates where he had played an instrumental role in compliance management and related areas. A hard-core Compliance professional who is ardent in setting the right compliance culture across the organisation while ensuring to achieve the best practice.

He is a certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a LLB degree from the University of Mumbai

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Paresh has over 19 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. He has been instrumental in setting up the finance function at Klay in India.

Before he joined Klay, he worked with Reliance Wealth Management Ltd, Reliance Securities Ltd, Fullerton India Credit Co Ltd, ICICI Bank, Datamatics Technologies Pvt Ltd.
